Refund policy

We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund if your are not satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you'll need proof of purchase and the items will need to be posted back to our business address. Please note that we will only refund the value of the items purchased - shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

If you would like to return your order more than 30 days after the date of purchase - the products need to be unopened and in sellable condition.

To request a refund, you can use our contact form and select the 'Request refund' subject. Please attach photos showing the issue. 

 

Undelivered orders
Type Strong is not liable for any undelivered orders due to the customer typing the incorrect delivery address. This is the customer's responsibility, so please take care to type the correct delivery address.

Please follow your order tracking updates to ensure you are there for delivery or collection of your order. If your order is 'returned to sender' due to non-collection from Australia Post or the relevant shipping company. A standard shipping fee of $9.95 will be charged to resend your order. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
